South of 76th St. 1 iL WH8RBA3, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $4,793.83, and 9JH8RBAS, other costs' incurred are $1006.09. NON' Tf~RBFORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD by the village council of the ~iilage of Richf ie id as follows z 1. The cosh of 'the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral , on Rnox Ave., 76tYi~5t. to 34.9 ft. south of 76th.StQ, t® be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $1$27.34 and therefore that sum will be assessed against the prom petty benefited thereby, 2. That said assessment shall run for a period of twenty years• ' 3.
