WI•~EREAS, the village clerk has=. notified the council that such proposed
assessmer-t'has been completed and filed in ,his office for public inspec~
t ion.

1. A public hearing sha,li be held on the 9th day ~f Septem~
ber, 1963,--in the council chambers of the Richfield
Village Ha11 ~at 7s15 o'clock P.M. to' pass upon such prom
posed assessment and at such t3x+ie and-place all persons
owning propexty affected bq such .improvement wi11'be gigen
an opportunitq to be heard with reference to such imprcpvem
merit.

2. -The -vi11_age clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice
in the official newspaper at least tvito weeks .prior to the
hearing, and he shall state in the notice the tota.i asse~s-m
able cost of the improvement in the amount of $21,563Q14.
