WHBRBAS', village share of costs have been paid in the sum of $33,769.77.
NQd THBRBPORB, BB IT RB9~ LVBD by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the cost of curb and gutter on Portland Avenue. from 66t~i St.
to 78th Street to be specially assessed is herebp deciarect to be
at least 20°~ of total cost or $21,563.14, snd therefore t~hi~ scim will
be assessed against privately owned property benef ited thereby.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of ten yews.
3. The village cie~k shah forthwith calculate the proper. amount to
be $pecialiy assessed~f or such .improvement against every assessable
lot,'.piece, or parcel.of' land affected without. regard to cash valuam
tion, as provided ~q last, and he shall f i1e a copy of such .pr posed
assessment in his office for public inspection.
4. The cierk,shaii notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
