1963-3063r19 RBSOLUTION, NO. 3063 1 1 R85tR.UTION ADOPTING ASSEg3MBNT ON VILLAGH PROJHC'F 1~0. 445D B8 IT RSSOLVBD by the village council of the Village of Richf~,eld, Hennepiaa County, Minnesota, as fo llowss 1; That the. village clerk has, with the assistance of the viilag~'engiueer, caicu~ sated the proper amounts to be:assesssd for the grading of street, Village Project No. 445D against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land specially besc~ef ited thereby in accordance with the provision of law9 and the proposed ass~essment~so made up was filed with the village.clerk for more than 15 logs pri®r to the asaess® merit. hearing and was open to public inspection at ail times during said-period. 2. That notice has been duly published.and a public hearing heretofore duly held ae required hq' law so that this council could meet and pass. upon the proposed assess® went. 3. That'an opportunity has been given to alY interested persons to present their obi Sections, if any, to such proposed 's.ssessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing, . 4. -That the viliaae councir has heretofore duly established Village.P~bject No. 44ST1, and after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to 'each la t, piece or parcel, of land` and fully advising itself in the premises,-has found s.n~d determined and hereby decia~res that each: and every lot,. piece, or parcel of land .ipeiuded in sa$d pr©posed assessment roll was. improved bq reason of the construction''of said ~'iilage Pro Sect No;.445D and has been and is specially benefited in the. amount set out in said proposed assessment roll opposite each such 1'ot, piece or parcel of land. 5. The' proposed) total assessment. in the .amount of $11,150,76 is hereby affirmed, adopted,'and confirmed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are aff irm~d, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said iota, pieces, or parcels of land respectitrely, and said amount so set orxt is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land.thereix~ described. b. Said assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, confirmed and shall be certif led by the village clerk and filed in his office,'and shah thereupon be-.and constitute the special assessment for, said street giracling, Village Project No, 445D. ' 7. The amount assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear interest frog the date hereof until the same has been-paid at the rate of 6~ per annum. 8." -'That such assessments. shall be payable in one annual installment payable .on the first day of January to be collected with taxes collectible during the said year by the~County Auditor.
