BB IT RBSOLVBD bq the village council of the Village ®f Richfield, Hennepin Countq,
Minnesota,. as follows:
1. That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engineer, calcu~
fated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Project No,
442= consisting of the AnnuaY Street Improvement and Oiling Program for the gear
].962, against everq ass-essabie lot, piece, and parcel of land ~peciallq benefited
therebq in accordance with the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so
"made up was filed with the village clerk for more than 1S logs prior to the assess®
ment hearing and was open to public inspection at a1 S: times during said period.
2. That notice has been duiq pubish~d and ~. public hearing heretofore duiq held
as required h3'' law so that this counca.l could meet and pass. upon the proposed assess®
went. .
3. That an opportunitq has been given to all interested persons to ,present their
®bjec~ions, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said
public hearing.
4.. That the village council has heretofore duiq established Village Project No.
442 asxi after carefuliq considering all-the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece,
or parcel of land, and fullq advising itself in the premises, has found and deter®
mined arxt hereby declares that each and everq lot, piece, or parcel of land included
in said proposed assessmem~ ro9.1 was improved by reason of the constr+ucti®n of said
Village Project No. 442` and has been 'and is speciailq benefited ica the amount set
out in said proposed assessment ro~i opposite each such lot, piece, or p~.rcel of
land..
5. The proposed total assessment in the amount of $116,185.12 is herebq affirmed,
acl®pted, and coxif armed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are.
affirmed, adopted, and confirmed as the pro~r special assessment for each ofsaid
lots, ~Sieces, or parcels of land respectivelq, and said amount so set out is herebq
levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels- of land therein
described.
6, Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and co~'irmed shall be certified bq the
village clerk and filed in his off ice, and shall thereupon be and constitute the
special assessment for said 1962 Annual Street Improvear~nt and Oiling Program,
Village Project No. 442.
7. The amount assessed against each 9,ot, piece, or parcel of land shall bear in~
terest from the date hereof until the same has been paid at the rate of 0~ per annum,
8. That such assessmen is shalT.be pagable in one annual installment pagable on
the first daq of Januarq to be collected with taxes collectible during the said
gear by the Countg,Auditor.
