RESOLUTION AUZHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL" AGREEMENT V1[ITH
THE VILLAGE OF EDINA REGARUIN~ WATBR MAIN~CONNBCTION
PROM EDINA PROPERTIES ON XBRXBS AVB.
BB IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of Richf laid as
follows:
1. A proposed supplemental agreement providing for the con-
nection of Edina properties abutting upon Xerxes Avenue
to tkie Richfield water main is hereby given Clerk's F31e
No. 7315 and is ordered placed on file.
2, It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, order, prosperity, convenience
and general welfare of the Village of Richfield to enter
into said agreement with the Village of Edina.
3. The village mayor and manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the Village of Richf laid.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 22nd
day of July, 1963.
