WHBRBAS; by Resolution No. 3053 passed by the council on the 22nd daq
of July, 1963, the village clerk was directed~to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost o~ the assessment roiio Village Project No. 445®B,
445~C, 445D; and
WHEREAS, the' village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assesses nt has been completed and filed in his off icy for public inspecm
tion.
NOW THEREFORE, B8 IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village of
Richf ie ids Minnesota, as f oilows s
1. A public hearing shall be he id on the ~ 12th day of August, Y/
1963, in the council chambers of the Ric:hf ie id Village Hail
at ?:~5 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and piece ail persons owning property affected by
such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the
improvement in the amount of $18,991.40.

of July, 1963.
