WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $15,463,03.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $3,528.37.
1WON THEREFORE, BB IT RL5OLV8D by the village council of the Village of Richfield
as foilowss
1. That the cost of street grading on Chicago Ave+ from ?7t~i 5t, to 78th
St. to be specially assessed is hereby dec]a red to tie .$2419.644 end therefore
this sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. That the cost of street grading on Aldrich Ave. from 63rd St. to
550* south of 63rd St. to be specially assessed .is hereby declared to ~
$5421.00, and therefore this sum will be assessed against the property benef iced
_- thereby.
3. That the cost of street- grading:. on Bryant Ave, and Colfa~c Ave. from
150• south of CL of 63rc1 8t. to Mildred Street and Mildred St, from Bryant -Ave.
to Coif ax Ave. to be specially assessed is`hereby declared to be $11,150.76,
and therefore this sum will. be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
4. The village ciertt shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece,
or parce~,.of land affected without regard to cawh valuation, as provided by law,
