WHBRBA5,-by Resolution No. 3047 passed by the council on the 8th ~.ay of
July, 1963, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
of the cost of the 1962 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, Village
Pro3ect No. 442, and
WHBRBA~, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessor
menu has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW 1~RBPORE, BB IT RBSOLVBll by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows~z
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 12th day of August, 1963, in
the council chambers of the Richf field Village Ha1B at 7:15 o°clock_to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvemento '
2. The village clerk is herebq directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing' arri he shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improve»~ent to be assessed will be $116,186,07.
