1963-3047r3 RESOLUTION N0. 3047 1 1 1 RESOLUTION DBCLARING COSZS Z0 BB ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASuBSSMBNT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 442. WHEREAS', the Village Council has heretofore ordered work done by day labgx for the improvement of all streets and allege in the Village of Richf ieid known as Viila.ge Pro3ect No. 442, 196 Annuals Street Improvement and Oiling Program, and WHBRBAS, the net cost of construction of Village Pro3ect No. 442 has been deter- minuted to be $151,972.02, and of this cost the Village of Richf ieid will pay $42,374,15 as its share of the cost including its share as a property owner, and WHSRBI~S`, it has been determined that there is a total of 829;89?1 asses~ibie front feet against which the foregoing costs shalt be assessed. NOW THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the Village of Richf ieid as foilow~: 1. That the cost of Viliag a Pro3ect No. 442 to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $116,186,07, 2, That the assessable front feet against whic h such costs shall be assessed is hereby declared to be 829,897.1, 3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to be fourteen cents (0,141, 4. That the village clerk shali_f orthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for Viilag a Pro3ect No. 442 against each lot,-piece and par- , cei of land within the Village of Richfield affected, without regard. of cash va9.uation, as provided by law. 5.
