RESOLUTION RELEASING COLLATERAL OF RIC1iFIBLD BANK AND
TRUST COMPANY' AND ACCEPTING SUBSTITUTIC}N THEREFOR
B8 IT RBSOLVBD bq the village council of the Village of Riehf ieid
as follows:
1. That the council authorize the release of securities
heretofore pledged as collateral bq the Richf ieid Bank
and Trust Co® in the amount of $10,000.00®
2. That the council approve and accept in substitution of
the aforementioned collaterais securities in the amount
of ~10s000;00.
