.RESOLUTION AU'Ifi0RI2ING A TRANSFER FROM UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS. LIQUOR STORES FUND TO PUBLIC WORKS RESERVE FUND
AND DIRECTING ADDLTIONAL APPROPRIATIONS TfB3RBFROM
U~REAS, it is hereby determined there is unappropriated surplus
in the Municipal Liquor Stores Fund in the amount of $27,000, and
'WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it is necessarq to transfer
such an appropriated surplus balance to the Prxblic Works Reserve Fund,
and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that actual revenues exceed esti~
mated revenues for 1963 iri the Public Works Reserve Fund, and
WfffiRBAuS, it is hereby determined that there is an unappropriated
surpius~balance in the Public Works Reserve Fund in the amount of
$35,000,
NOW THERBFORB, BB IT RESOd.VED by the council of tl~ Village of
Richfieid~ that ,
1. The manager and director of finance are hereby authorized aaxt
directed to make the necessary transfer of funds in the amount of
$27,000 from the Municipal Liquor Stores Fund to the Public Works
Reserve Pund.
2, An additionaY appropriation of $35,000 is hereby avade for.the
public. improvement budget of 1963 for the purpose of constructing muni~
cipal buildings,
3. The provisions of this resolution shall provide sufficien°~ ap~
propriation for the awarding of contracts for the construction of ,West
Side Fire Station and Street Department Garages
4. Alg funds appropriated in the 1963 Public Works Budget and
in the resolution shall be transferred to the respective construction
furad~ for the abo~-e municipal buildings.
