RESOLUTION NO. 12266
RESOLUTION DETERMINING RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2024
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield that the Council,
having received and considered the tally of votes by the election judges of the General
Election held November 5, 2024, the results are determined to be as follows:

Votes cast for Local Sales Tax Question 1:
Shall the City of Richfield impose a
sales and use tax of one-half of one
percent (0.5%) for up to 20 years, to
finance up to $45 million plus the cost of
interest and of issuing bonds, to build a
new community center?
Votes cast for Local Sales Tax Question 2:
Shall the City of Richfield impose a
sales and use tax of one-half of one
percent (0.5%) for up to 20 years, to
finance up to $9 million plus the cost of
interest and of issuing bonds, to
enhance and restore facilities at
Veterans Park including the outdoor
pool, park trails and ice arena?
Votes cast for Local Sales Tax Question 3:
Shall the City of Richfield impose a
sales and use tax of one-half of one
percent (0.5%) for up to 20 years, to
finance up to $11 million plus the cost of
