RESOLUTION AU ~IORI2ING THE TRANSFBR OF UNOBLIGA7~D BALANCES. IN
VARIOUS CONSZRUCTION FUNDS ZO THE 1960 INI'PROVEA~NT ~?ND SINI{ING
FUND AND CLOSING VARIOUS CONS TRUC TION FUNDS
WHEREAS, There are unobligated balances consisting of cash, $1576.37, in the
following construction funds,
Vi13.age Proj. #387D. .$1128,27 Village Proj. #439 ,$ 454.10
'WHEREAS, Ali other costs of the improvements under the various projects
have been satisfied,
NOW THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED, by the council of the Village of Richfie ids
1. That pursuant to authors ty contained in Minnesota
Statutes, Chap ter 4290091, Subd. 4, the unobligated
assets in the above funds shall be ,transferred to the
1960 Improvement Bond Sinking Fund,
2. That ail construction funds listed above are hereby
closed, and such funds shall na longer exist on the
current accountia~ recordse
3. That the manager and director of finance be aid hereby
are authorized and directed to do all things necessary
to bring into effect the provisions of this resolution
as of December 31, 1968.
