ABSOLUTION AUTiORIZING THE TRANSPER OF UNOBLIGATED BALANCES
IAT VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PUNDS TO CC?VER OVER®E%PENTDED BALANCES
1N VARIOUS CONSTRiIrTION5 FUNDS, AND CLOSING VARIOUS CONSTRUC-
TION PUNDS
WHEREAS, There are unobiigated balances consisting .of cash $7843.46,
in the following construction funds:
V. P, No. 413 $5022,84 V. Pe No, 425 $1234,54
`i• P. NO. 420 1432,44 Ve P, NOe 418 1S3e64
WHEREAS, There. are over expend ed balances in Village Project No. 422,
$7843,46, and
WHEREAS, Ali other costs of the improvements under the various projects
have been satisfied,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the council of the Village of Richfielde
1. That pursuant to authority contained in Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429,091, 5ubd„ 4, sufficient unobligated assets in
the above funds shah be transferred to cover over expended
amounts in Village Project No, 422,

2. That ail aonstruction funds listed above are hereby closed
except Village Project No. 422, and such funds shall no
.longer exist on the current accounting records,
3, That the manager and director of finance be and hereby are
authorized and directed to do all things necessary to bring
into effect the provisions of this resolution as of December
31, 1962,

1963.
