RBSOIxJTION RELATING TO PRaCEi3[7RE POR APARTMENT
USB PERMIT APPLICAITIONS
EE IT~RESOLVBD by the viila.ge council of the Village of Richfield as

1. For the guidance of the Inspection Department and the applicant
for an apartment use permit, it is herebq determined that the appii®
cation shall include information on the following:
a) The type of materials tin be used on the exterior of anq
building. The applicant shall be informed that brick
shaii be required.
b) The landscaping plan for the project, indicating the areas
that will be sodded, the location, type and size of trees
and shrubs.
c)'Tlie location of public sidewalks, to be constructed by
the applicant adjacent to the apartment premises. Public
sidewalks shaii be required to be constructed by the ap-
plicant in ail cases.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 11th day of
March, 1963.
