RESOLUTION NO. 296?
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR CON{/EYANCB
OF TAX FORFHIT~ LANDS
EE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the following described properties
are needed by the village for park and drainage purposes:
a. That part of Section 26, Township 28, Range 24 (Plat No,
44826, Parce 1 No. 3846?), described as f oliawvs, to~wit :
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center
line of 10th Avenue South extended with the south line of
Govto Lot 2, thence west 100 ft. along said south line,
thence northeasterly to a point in said center line of 10th
Avenue ~. extended distant 80 ft. north from beginning, thence
south to beginning.
b. That part of Section 26, Township 28, Range 24 (Plat No,
44826, Parcel No. 38468), described as follows, to®wit:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the north line
of Govt. Lot 3 with the center line of 10th Avenue ~, ex®
tended, thence south 260 ft. along said center line, thence
north~vesteriy to a point in the north line of .Lot 3 distant
100 ft. west from beginning, thence east to beginning,
c. Outiot 1, Christian's Second Addition (Plat No. 45226,
Parcel No. 384?0).
20 The mayor, manager and attorney are hereby. authorized and directed
to take such action as is necessary to make application to the
Commissioner of Taxation for the conveyance of such properties for
the purposes hereinb afore set forth, pursuant to Minnesota Statutesfl
Section 282,01.
