RESOLUTION RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION OF TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTIEua
'B~HEREAS~ the Village Council of the Village of Richfields Hennepin County9
Minnesotan has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin CourrGy9 Minnesota9 a
list of lards in said village which became the property of the State of Minnesota
under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to the State for
non-payment of taxese which said list has been designated as-Classification List
~~53°C"'9 a copy of which is hereby given Clerkos File Noe 7146 and
ordered to be placed on file9 and
T~JHER~EA59 each parcel of land described in said list liar heretofore been

classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County9 Minnesota9 as
non conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorised by
said Board of County Commissioners
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by said Village Couneil.9 acting pursuant t®
Minnesota Statutes for 19579 Section 282,019 Subdo 19 that the said classification
by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said
list as non-conservation land be and the same is hereby approved and that the
sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approvedp
