WHBRBAS, Salaries of a 11 employees in the Bngineering Division have
been charged to the Bngineering Division appropriation although a portion
of such salaries are chargeable to Special Assessment Pro3ects, and
Wt•IBRFAS, it was contemplated by the village council in the adopting
of the 1962 budget that transfers would be made accordingly to provide neces-
sary ad3ustments,

covering January 1 to December 31, 1962 for a total of $21,538.02 from Bngi-
