RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRl~NSFER FROM CONTINGENCY
APPROPRIATION 1D~ TiHB STREET I3EPARTMBNT CAPITAL
OUTTAY ACCOUNT
tstHEREAS, an appropriation of $?000.00 was made for a pulverizer and
mister in Street Department Capital Outlay Account in the 1963 budgets
and
`~IEREAS, it is hereby determined that an additional $3864.00 will be
necessary for the purchase of the above items
N06Y TI~BREFORB,BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richf field as follows::
1. That an amount of $3864x00 be transferred from the Con-
tingency Appropriation account to Street Department Capi~
tal Out lay Account.
2. That the manager and director of finance bring into ef-
feat the provisions of this resolution.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this llth
