RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGRE~'lENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF_RICHFIELD
AND HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR FEDERAL AID HIGHWAY IlKPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota.
as follows
1., An agreement between the Vi1l.age of Richfield and the County of Hennepin,
entitled "Agreement between Municipality and County for Federal A3.d Highway
Improvements, dated the 28th day of January 1963, is hereby giuen Clerk~s'Fa.1e
No. 7099 and is ordered placed on file.
2, It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
health, safety, order, prosperity, convenience and general welfare of the
Village of Richfield to enter into said agreement with the County of Hennepin.
3. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield.
Passed by the Village Council of the V3~11age of Richfield this 28th day
of January', 1943.
