All construction sha7.1 be performed without any charge made by the Richfield American Little Leagues Inc. against the Village of Richfield and the Richfield American Little Leagues Inc.~shall hold and save harmless the Village of Richfield from ar;y' and all claims, liens or liability which may arise from the construction hereinbefore mentioned and from claims for labor or material involved in the improvement of the above described premises. All structures shall be removable and shall be removed at~the termination of this permission. F. The said premises shall be kept free from debris, weeds, and refuse of a7.1 k3.nds. G. The Richfield American Little League, Inc. shall obey anry ordinances of the Village of Richfield relating to the use of the property or conduct of persons upon the property and shall obtain whatever licenses may be necessary in order to comply with any law or regulation of the village or any-other governmental organization. 1 H. The Richfield American Little League, Inc. shall indemnify and hold harmless the Vi~,lage of Richfield from liability or claim of liability from whatever cause of loss, damage or injury to persons or property on or about the demised premises by reason of or in connection w3.th the activ-3.ties of the Richfield American Little I,eague~ Inc. arxi the village shall not be liable to the Richfield American Little League, Inc. to any extent nor t~i.ll any said organization make any claim against the Village of Richfield for or on accourxt of loss or damage to said premises or the improvement, facilities or struc- tures thereon. The permission granted shall not be assignable to any other -- party without the express consent of the Village Council of the Village of Richfield. stitute a basis for revoking the permission granted. 5.
