RESOLUTION No. 2942
RESOLUTION CLOSING THE PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT REVOLVING SINKING
FUND AND TRANSFERRING ALL ACCOUNTS TO THE DEBT SERVICE Fi~ND
WHEREAS, there are no outstanding Permanent Improvement Revolving Bonds
of 191i9, or Coupons, and
WHEREAS, there are unobligated assets of $8,621.80 in the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Sinking Fundy and
WHEREAS, the Debt Service Fund was established to provide for possible
deficiencies in bonds issued in 1951 and prior,
NOW,~THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield' Minnesota:
1. That the Permanent Improvement Revolving Sinking Fund is hereby
closed as of December 31st, 1962.
2. That the assets in the amount of $8,506.97 cash, and $1.1.83 de-
linquent taxes receivable be transferred to the Debt Service Fund.
3. That the Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorised aril
directed to br3.ng into effect the provisions of this resolution.
