RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EURCHASE OF THE S2 OF LOT ~~ BLOCK Z~
FAIftW00D PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE, OF RICHFIELD' HENNEPIN
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as fol.lowst
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
health9 safety' conveniences prosperity and general welfare to acquire for
park and other mun3.cipal purposes the following described property located
in the Village of Richfield' County of Hennepin' State of Minnesota' des
cribed as follows, to-wits
The S~ of Lot 4,, Block l~ Fairwood Park
2. The offer of the owner of said lot to se1.l the same to the Village
of Richfield for the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty.~Seven Dollars and fifty cents
(~~37.~'0) is hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable offer and the same
is hereby accepted.
3. The mayors managers finance director and attorney are hereby author
ized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to complete the
purchase of said property at such purchase price pursuant to this resolution.
~. All sums payable as a purchase price for such property shall be paid
out of the Public Works Reserve Fund.
