AMID A17JUSTiNENT OF ASSESSI~NTS ON WATER LATERALS
tNHEREAS, Resolution No. 1263 passed on the 2nd day of January, 1957
relating to the adjustment of Sanitary Sewer Assessments in speciaX
circumstances, and.
~NHEREAS, Resolution No. 1310 passed on the 11th day of March, 1957,
authorizing cancellation of certain special assessments on Sanitary
Sewer assessments because of incomplete village records,
NOW THER7EJPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
The Village Manager is hereby authorized to apply the authorization
in the above resolutions to special assessments for water laterals.
Passed by the Village Council this 10th day of December, 1962.
