~. The offer of the awriers of said lot to sell the same to the Village
of Richfield for the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($x',250)
is hereby determined to b®a fair and reasonable offer and the same is hereby
accepted.
3. The tit~.e to such property being derived through a tax forec]:osure
sales registration of the title to such property at the expense of the seller
shall be required. At the tame of delivery of a deed to such property to the
vlllagey the village shall withhold $3vo of the purchase price, and sha].].
continue to w~.thhold such sum until title to the property has been registered
in the name of the Village of Richfield, at the expense of the seller.
Thereupon, the balance of such purchase price shall be paid.
4. The mayor, manager, finance director and attorney are hereby author
izetd and directed to take such steps as may be necessarg to give effect to
this resoluti611.

this resolution, sha7.l be paid out of the Public Works Reserve Fund.
