RESOLUTION No. 2897
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES'-
SHOF AND GARAGE BUILDING and WEST SIDE~FIRE STATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of ftichf field as
follows a
1. A proposed agreement entitled "An Agreement for Architectural Services
for Shop and Garage Bu3.lding, and West Side Fare Station++, dated the 12th day
of November 1962, between the Village of Richfield and Ralph B. Shinier,
Architect, is hereby given Clerk+s File No. 7052 , and is ordered placed
on file.
2. It is~hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the publ3.c
health, safety, order, prosperity, convenience and general welfare of -the
Village of Richfield tq enter into said agreement with said architect.
3. The Village mayor, managers and clerk are hereby authorized and
c?irected to take such steps as may bfl necessary to execute said agreement for
A.ne~ on behalf of the v3.llage.
?fie A11 payments made to the architect, pursuant to the provisions of
this agreement, shall be paid out of the Public Works Reserve Fundo
