RESOLUTION AUTiORIZIN3 TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY
APPROPRIATION 1n THE M[JNICIPAT; COURT ACCOUNT
1~REAS, an appropriation of $5720.00 was made for eaapioyee services in
the Municipal Cott Account, and
iM~RB~ig* it is hereby determined. that an additional. $2000.00 will be neces-
sarp for the operation of the court for 1962,
NO4~ THEREFORE R8 IT RESOLV$D, by the Village Council. of the Village ®f
Richfield as follow~t
1. That an amount of $2000.00 be transferred from the
contingency appropriation account to employee ser-
vices of the Municipal Court Account.
2. That the manager arm director of finance bring into
effec$ the provisions of this resolution.
