WHEREAS, improvement bonds have been issued to pay the above construction costs, - - NOVA THEREFORB, BB IT RBSOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richf ie ld as f oliowst 1. That for the purpose of paying the.viliage share of the prin- cipal and interest on. the Improvement Bonds= of 1.960, there is levied upon all of the taxable property in the Vii]a ge of Richfield which sha11. be spread upon the tax ro11s as follows Years: 1962 thru 1980 - $27S©.Ofl A^'°~" ~ ~ `~'~" 2. The tax levies herein provided shalIl be irrepealabie until all of said bonds are paid, provided that the clerk shall. annually, prior to October i©, 1982, certify'to the County Auditor any amount~ap- ~propriated to either the Impro~neme nt Bonds of 1960 Pund or the Improvement Bonds of 1961 Pund to pay principal.and interest due during the ensuing year, and the County Auditor shall thereupo~a reduce the levq collectible during such year by the amount so certified.
