1962-2861r1~4 RESOLUTION No. 286T RESOLUTION RELATING TO EItPENSES TN CONNECTION W.LTH VILLAGE PROJECT No. l~36 .WHEREAS, the, Village has undertaken the construction of Village Pro~act No. x.36, and WHEREAS, the construction of such improvement, in the most satisfactory manner has necessitated. the movement of certa.3.n electric power lines and appurtenant facilities, and WHEREAS', the moving of such electric power ]:fines has required and will require the rewiring of the lead-in electric power 13.nes to a number of private residencest and WHEREAS, the expense of such rewaxing is deem®d to be a direct result of the construction of Village Project No. x.36 and should be paid as a part of the cost of such improvements NOW,~THEREFORE,~~BE IT R~OLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, as f ollowss 1. It is hereby determined that the village should reimburse the prope~r~t~r owners acl~acent to P©rtland Avenue for the expense incurred by them 3n ret~.ring the lead-in of electric power which-has beau made~necessarg by reason of the mov3.ng of the electric power line from Fortland Avenue. 2. The procedure for payment of such expanse shall be as followss The property owner shall provide the village with a verified claim for the amount of expense so incurred by ham, together with such supporting statements o~ invoices- a.s shall be arva,~.7.able. Such .claim- shall -than be audited by the council, and, if found to be correct, shall be allowed. Passed by the Village .Council of the Village of Richfield this 8th day of October, 19b2.
