RBSOLLJTLON CERTIFYING UNAAI'D SEWER SBRVICE CHARGES T1D
THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER TAXAS ON
SAIA PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance #2.07 establishes rules, rates and charges fox sanitary
sewer service in the Village of Richfield, and
Y~JHEREAS, Section li thereof provides that all sewer service charges not
paid within sixty X60) days after due may be certif led to the
County Auditor with the taxes against such property, and shall
be collected with other cgxes on such property, and
'~JI3BREP.S, An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amouttt§
whdch shall be certified against each particular property,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ay the council of the Village of Richfield,
that
1. There are hereby determined to be a to tai unco ilected amount
of $10, 169.79.
2. That such amount is hereby certified to the County Auditor
for collection with other taxes on.said properties.
3. That a copy of this resolution shall be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor.
Passed by the council of the Village of Richfield this 8th day of October,
1962.
