R~'SOLUTION AUTHORIZING ~;XECUTI0IU OF STREET EASII~NT-- METROPOLITAN
STADIUM.
~Tf3EREAS, the Village of Richfield is a 3oint owner of Metropolitan Sports
Area, together with the City of Minneapolis and the City of Bloomington9 and
~]H~iEAS9 the City of Bloomington desires to establish a street along the
southerly edge. of the Metropolitan Sports Area property' and
!eIfT~RR:A~e it 8.ppears to be in the best interest of the Metropolitan Sports
Area and the owners thereof that such street be so established by the City of

WH.~tEAS, there has been presented to this council a proposed easement

running in favor of the City of Ploomington from the owners of the Metropolitan
Sp®rts Area provic13.ng for the conveyance of such easement' which proposed.

NCtnT THEREFORE BE TT Rl!SOLVED by the V~.lage Council of the Village of
Richfie:td that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed t®
execute and deliver such proposed street easement for and on behalf of the
