RESOLUTION AUTH~tIZINt~ SUPPLBMENTAL AGREEMBNT WITH
THE VILLAGE OP EDINA REGARDING WATER MAIN CONNECTION
FROM EDINA PROPERTIES ON XBRXES AVEN[~E
BE IT RB9(}LVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows: I~
1. ~iproposed supplemental agreement providing for the can..
r~ection of Edina properties abutting upon Xerxes Avenue
to-the Richf field water main is hereby given Cierk•s File
No. 6962 and is ordered placed on file.

2. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public health, safety, order, prosperity, convenience
and general welfare of the Village of Richfield to enter
• into said agreement with the Village of Edina.
3. The Village mayor and manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the Village of Richf field.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 2?th day
of August, 1962.
