ASSESSMBNT FOR WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT
N0. 422
WHERPAS, by Resolution No, passed by the council on the 2?th day
of Augusts 1962, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of Water Main Construction, Village Project No. 422,
and
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the councix that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVES by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. A pub lic hearing shall be held on the 24th daq of Septem~
ber, 1962, in the council chambers of the Village Hall at
7:]S P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place. all persons owning property affected
by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
'2. -The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published
twice in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total
assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $392,488.88.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 27th
day of August, 1962.
