WHEREAS, contract costs have been paid in the sum of $816,951.69.
WHEREAS, other costs incurred are $110,348.91.
NOW THEREPQRE, BE IT RESQLVEA BY the village council of the Village of
Richfield as foliowss
1. The cost of water main construction t® be specially assessed is here
by declared to be as follows.: 6~.inch lateral,-$2.50 1/f, finch stub, $87.00;
8-inch lateral, $3.15 ~f n stubs exceeding iminch, $165.00 arA:i therefore
$392,488,88 will be assessed against property benefited hereby.
2. That said assessments shall run for a period of 20 years,
3. The village cleric sha11 forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improveme nt against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuatioh, as provided by
law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
4, The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed
assessment.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 27th day
of August 1962.
