RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 109 1962 ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR CURB AND GUTTER CONSTRUCTTON9

WH£REAS9 by Resolution No. 2816 ,passed by the council on the 13th day
of August9 19628 'the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment roll of the cost of curb and gutter construction, Village
Pro3ect No. l~13, and
W~IEREAS' the village clerk has not3.fied the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in~
` spection.
NOW THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield9 Minnesota9 as follows
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 10th day of September9 19629
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 715
otclock P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement
wi11 be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
improvem®nt.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
h®aring on the proposed assessment to be publish®d twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing9 and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the
improvem®nt in the amount of ~18901t7.65.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 13th day
of August9 1962.
