RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS Ta BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARAm
TION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROF,L FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NOe 113
WHEREAS, the following construction was performed during the year 1961s
Curb and gutter on Nicollet Av®nue from 68th Street to 78th Streete
WHEREAS, village share of costs have been paid 3.n the sum of ~32,87?.95e
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOY-VED by the village council of the Village of
Richfield as follows
1. That the cost of curb and gutter on Nicollet I4venue from 68th to
78th Street to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be at
least 20~ of total coat or X18,047.65 and therefore this sum will
be assessed against privately owned property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessm®nts shall run for a period of ten years.
3.
The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for such improvem®nt against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of Land affected without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for
public inspection.
!~. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
Passed by the v3.llage council of the Village of Richfield this 13th day
of Auguste 1962.
