RESOLUTION CALLING HE4~RING ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1962 ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ~'OR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION, VILI~,GE PROJEOT N0. l~20
~t`HEREAS, by Resolution No. 2814 passed by the council on the 13th day of
August, 1962, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment ro11 of the cost of sidewalk construction, Village Pro3ect
No. lt20,
WHEREAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in-
spe ction. .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
R~.chfield, Minnesota, as follows g
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 10th day of September, 1962,
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village HaLI. at 7515 o°clock
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and
place all persons awning property affected by such improv®ment will
be given an opportunity to b® heard with reference to such a~mprov®m
ment.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hear-
ing on the proposed assessment to be published twic® in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the h®aring, and he sha11 state
in the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the
amount of ~22,391.?2.
