field as follows o
1. That the cost of sidewalk construction to be specially assessed is h®rsby
declared to be a$ least 20~ of this cost for residential property and
®~for apartment buildings9 churches9 aohools and commeroial propErty9
and therefore X229391.72 will bs assessed against property benefited thereby.
2. That said ass®ssments sha11 run for a period of five years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot9 piece9 or parcel
of land affected without regard to cash valuation9 as provided by law9 and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
!,. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such proposed assessment.
