WfiEREASe by Resolution No. 2812 ~ passed by the council on the 13th
day of Augusts 19628 the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment ro11 of the cost of storm saw®r constructions Villsg® FroJ®et
No. 4258 and
WHERE~iSs. the village clerk has notified the council that such pro®
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection,
NOW THI:~REFOREe BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfielde Minnesotan as followsS
1. .#l public hearing sha11. be held on the 10th day of Septembers
19628 in the council chambers of the Richfield Villag® Hs11
at 7.15 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place all persons owning property affected by
such improvsm®nt will be giv®n an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.
2a The village clerk is h®reby dir®ot®d to cause a notic~a of th®
hearing an the proposed asses anent to be published twice in
the official newspaper at least two w®eks prior to the h®arm
Inge and h® shall state in the notice the total assessabl®
cost of the improvem®nt in th® amount of 1098203859,
