NOW THEREb'ORE9 BE IT RESOLVED, by the V311age Council of the Village of Richfield
as followsS
1. That the cost of Storm Sewer Construction9 Village Project No. 425, in the
aforem®ntioned area9 to be specially assessed is her®by declared to be
X109,203.59, and th®r®fore this sum will be assessed against the prop®rty b®n®fit®d
thereby.
2. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lots piece9 or parcel
of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by laws and he
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such propos®d assessmant.
