the proper amounts to b® assess®d for th® construction of water mains Village Px°o~ect
No. 387~D8 against eery assessable tote pies®~ or part®l of land sp®cially b®nefited
Chereby in accordance with th® provisions of law, and the proposed ass®asm®nt so made
up was filed with the ~illag® clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hear
ing and was open to public inspection during said pe~°iod.
2. That notic® has b®®n duly publish®d and a public hearing heretofore duly held as
required by law so that this council could m®et and pass upon th® propos®d assessment.
3. That an opportunity has been given to all interest®d p®rsons to pr®sent their obm
~®ctionse if anys to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public
h®aring.

and after carefully considering all th® factss the b®n®fits to each tote piec® or
parcel of land and fully advising itself in the premisess has found and d®termined and
her®by d®c1.ax°®s that eaoh and ev®ry lots pi®c®e or parcel of land includ®d ire said pro0
posed assessttaent ro11 was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project
No. 387mD and has b®en and is sp®cially b®n®fit®d in the amount set out in said propos®d
ass®ssment roll opposi$e each such lot, piece or parcel of land.
5. Th® propos®d total assessment in the aorount of $218135.95 is hereby affirorede
adopt®de and confirmed and the sums figs®d and nam®d. in said proposed ass®ssmmez~t are
affirmede adop~~d and confirm®d as the proper sp®cial assessor®nt for ®ach o£ said ~,otse
pi®cese or parcels of land respecti~elye and said amount so set out is hereby levied
against each of the r~specti~® lotss pi®cese or paro®ls of land th®rein described.
6. ~~,id assessor®nt is her®by affirmede adoptede confirmed and shall b® certified by
th® village clerk and filed 3n his offices and shall th®reupon b® and constitute the
