RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 13, 1962 ON PROPOSBD
ASSESSMENT FOR WAZBR MAIN CONSTRUCTION, VILLAGE PROJECT
No, 418. .
WHEREAS, by Resolution N0. passed by the council on the 23rd day
of Jalq, 1962, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment roil of the cost of water main construction, Village Project No. 418.
RBAS, the village clerk has notified the council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and f iced in has office for public inspection.
NOW ZfB~RBFORE, BB IT RBSf3LVBD by the village council of the Village of
Richfield, Minne~ata, as follows
i. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August, 1962,
in the council chambers of the Village Haii at 7x15 P.M. to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement wi11 be given
an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement.

2. die village clerk is hereby directed to cease a notice of the
heari~ag on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the
official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the .hearing, and
he shall state in the notice the total assessable cost of the
improvement in the amount of $41,119.58.
Passed by the village council of the Village of Richfield this 23rd day
of July, 1962.
