Nf~11 THEREP©RB* BE IT RBSOLVED by the village council of the V3.liage of Richf field as follows 1. The cast of water main construction to be specially assessed is here- by declared to be as foilowso 6-inch lateral, $2.5~ 1/f, 1-inch stub, $87b40g 8~-inch lateral, $3.iS 1/fo stubs exceeding 1-inch, $165,0 and theref®re $41,119.58 will be assessed against property benefited hereby, 2. That said assessments shall rrxn for a period of 20 years. 3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, pieces or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his off ice for public inspection. 4.
