W~S9 by Resolution No. 2791 9 pawed by the council on the 23rd
day of J u13~a 19629 the village clerk was directed to prepare a propos®d
assessor®nt roll of the cost of construction of water main9 Pillage Pro~eot
No. 3a7-D9
W~REAS9 the village clerk has notified the council that such proms
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVFT) by the village council of the Village
of Richfield9 Mi,nnesota9 as follows
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of August9
19629 in the council chambers of the Village Hall at 7x15
P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2, The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of
the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice
i.n the official newspaper at 1®ast two weeks prior to the
hearing9 and he shall state in the notice the total assess
able cost of the improvement 3.n the amount of ~219135.95a
