posed asses~rdent has be®n completed and filed in his office for public ins
spection.
NOW m~'0RE9 AE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of $ichfields Mirnesota9 as follows
1.- ,~ pub~.ic hearing shall be held on the 13th day of ~ugust9
19629 in the council chambers of the R3~hfi®ld 9i11age I~11 at ~al~ P.~e to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all perss~ns
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with r®ference tp snob 3mprov®~®nt.
2 Tie, village clerk is hereby directed to reuse a notice of the
hearing on th® proposed ass®ssmen$ t® 1~ publ3.shed twice in the official
n®wspap®r at least two xeeks prior to the hearing9 and he shall state in
the notice the t®tal assessable cost of the improv®ment ixt th® amount caf
3a X92.50.
