T~AS9` by _Re~olution Ito. 2787 ,passed by the council oar the 23rd
day of July, `1962, the village clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
ass®asment cell of the cyst of Sanitary Sewer Lateral 0®~truetion, Village
'Pr®~eet No. }~3?, and
WI~RE~s- the village clerk has notified the council that such pro®
pos®d assessment has base completed and filed in his ®ffice fir public in-
specti®n.

of Richf3.®ld, M3ranesota, as followst
1. ~ public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of august,
19b2, ih the council chambers of the Richfield Village Fall at 7 $l,~ P.M. to
pass upon such-proposed assessment and at such t3.ine end place all persons
owning property affect®d by such ~np~ovement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the h®ar3xag9 and he shall stat® in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
~18b7.00.
