WHEREA,S9, by Resolution No. 2785 9 passed by the council on the 23rd
day of July9 19629 th® village clerk was direct®d to prepare a proposed
assessment roll of the cost of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Donstruction9 Village
Pro3ect No. 4129 and -
- ~S9 the village clerk has notified the council that such prom
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public in~
spection.
NOW TI~REFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the village council of the Village
of Richfield9 Minnesota9 as followss
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of Augu~st9 19629
in the council chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7815 P.M. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The village clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published twice in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing9 and he shall state in
the notice the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of
