6anitary S®w®r tat®ral on 68th 5t. - Oliver eve. to 1~.0 f®et Treat
of Oliver Ave.
WHEREAS, contract costa have been paid in the sum of ~981~.20, and
WHERE4~S, other costs incurred are X58.80.
NOW 'I'IIEREFORE, BE IT RESOl;1TED HY THE Village !Council of the Tillage of
Richfield as follower
1. The costs of the construction of Sanitary Sew®r tat®ral on
68th Street from Oliver .avenue to ].~0 feet west of Oliver avenue,. to be
specially assessed is hereby declared to be ~1Olt3,00 and therefore that
sum will be assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of twenty years.
3. The village clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lat9
pies®, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valuation, as pro®
vided by law, and he shall file a Dopy of such proposed assessment in his
office for public inspection.
l~. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such pro-
posed assessment.

day of July, 1962.
