HE IT RFSObVE3~ by the village council of the Village of Richfield9 Hennepin County9
Minnesota9 as follows t
1. That the village clerk has, with the assistance of the village engineer9 calculated
the proper amounts to be assese~d for the construction of Village I'x°o3sct Noe ~; con-
si~ting of the Ar~.ual Street Improvement and tailing Program for the y®ar 19619 against
every assessable lot9 pisce9 and parcel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance
with the provisiflas of 1aw9 and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the
village clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing seed was open to public
inspection at all times during said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as re-
quired by law so that this council co~rld mast and pass upon the proposed assessmento
3. That an opportunity has bean given to all interested persons to present their ob3ec-
tions9 if aa2y9 to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing.
1~. That the village council has heretofore duly established Village Project No. ~.11t and
after carefully considering all the facts9 the benefits to each lot9 piece9 or parcel of
iand9 and fu17.y advising itself in the premises9 has found and determined and hereby de-
claras'that each and every 7.ot9 piecs9 or parcel of land included in said proposed assess-
ment roll was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project No. and
has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out ire said proposed assessment roll
®pp®site each such 1ot9 piece9 or parcel of -land:
5. T1~s proposed total assessment i~a the amount of X1169262.66 is hereby affirmeda adopted9
and conf3.rmed9 and the sums fixed and named i.ra said proposed assessment are affirmed9
adopted9 and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots9 pieces9
or parcels of land respectively and said amount so set out is hereby levied against each
of th® respective lots9 pieces9 or parcels of land therein described.
6, Said assessment so affirmed9 adopted9 and confirmed ohall be certified by the village
clgrk and filed ia~ his -affies9 and shall thereup®n bs and constitute the spscis~l assess-
m~nt for said 1961 hnnual Street Improvement and (ailing Program9 'Village ~'x°o3sct No. t~ll~o
7. Ths amount assessed against each lot9 pisce9 or parcel of land shall bear interest
from the data hereof until the same has been paid at the rate of 0~ per annum,
Ss That such assessments shall b® payable in one annual installment payable on the
first day of January to be collected with texas collectible during the said year by
the County auditor.
